The Reject message is sent when a message is received, but cannot be processed due to a session-level rule violation.
For example, the receipt of a message that has successfully passed de-encryption, CheckSum and BodyLength checks, but cannot be processed due to invalid basic data.

Identifies the Message Sequence Number (MsgSeqNum) of rejected message.

The code that identifies the reason for the rejection.
Identifies the reason for the rejection. Incoming messages can be up to 128 characters.
