Updated APG section version to reflect the April 2021 Documentation Release.

Section 11 - Corporate actions (Update)

1. Updated the following sections to replace the lifecycles with new Process Flows:

   • Section 11.1 - Bonus Issue;

   • Section 11.2 - Calls;

   • Section 11.7 - Dividend, Interest and Trust Distribution Payments;

   • Section 11.9 - Non Pro Rata Offer

   • Section 11.11 - Reorganisation of Capital - Security Consolidation or Split; and

   • Section 11.12 - Security Purchase Plan.

2. Updated to remove the Lifecyle in Section 11.8 - Entitlement Issue. This has been replaced by the new Process Flows in:

   • Section 11.8.2 - Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue (includes the retail component of an Accelerated Non Renounceable Issue); and

   • Section 11.8.3 - Renounceable Entitlement Issue (includes the retail component of an Accelerated Renounceable Issue).

3. Other minor content updates.

Testing

Known Issues & Limitations (Update)

Updated to include the following Observed Behaviours:

• API Contracts not cleaned up for BOM after the diary adjustment; and

• Self-service Collateral Management does not result in the expected egress message being received for the New Controlling Participant (Receiving Participant).
