  • To access this service, organisations are required to enter their group mailbox address provided on ITE application forms.  This mailbox is used for any announcements relating to service availability or support.

Customers are requested to preference email when raising a support requests and where appropriate provide the following details, as this information will help us expedite support requests.

For technical and accreditation enquiries:

  • Environment (CDE/ITE1/ITE2);

  • IP addresses, user IDs or unique identifiers;

  • Messages sent, received or expected;

  • Message/error logs; and

  • Timestamps.

For functional, operational or business enquiries or ITE2 User Testing and Operational Readiness enquiries:

  • Transaction ID;

  • Business function and a description of the operational issue experienced, referencing the published Documentation/APG where applicable; and

  • Timestamps.
