Customers are requested to preference email when raising a support requests and where appropriate provide the following details, as this information will help us expedite support requests.
For technical and accreditation enquiries:
Environment (CDE/ITE1/ITE2);
IP addresses, user IDs or unique identifiers;
Messages sent, received or expected;
Message/error logs; and
Timestamps.
For functional, operational or business enquiries or ITE2 User Testing and Operational Readiness enquiries:
Transaction ID;
Business function and a description of the operational issue experienced, referencing the published Documentation/APG where applicable; and
Timestamps.
