ITE1 Known Issues & Limitations (Update)

The following CHESS UI known issues and limitations have been added:

• Limitation

  • Incorrect DRP/BSP Election validation.

• Defect

  • Related Transaction Id incorrectly populated on reschedule of previously notified Novated Rescheduled Instruction (NRIN).

• Resolved Defects

  • An incorrect Settlement Amount Credit Debit Indicator is present on the Adjusted Settlement Instruction (sett_139) for a partially settled Bilateral Settlement Instruction (BSSI);

  • An incorrect Settlement Date is present on the Settlement Transaction Generation Notification (sett_130) for the settled portion of a Novated Rescheduled Instruction (NRIN);

  • Adjusted Settlement Instructions (sett_139) are incorrectly populated for a Free of Payment (FREE) Accrual Bilateral Settlement Instruction (BSSI);

  • Securityholder Reference Numbers (SRNs) of less than 12 characters are being incorrectly rejected;

  • For a DRP Cancellation Authorisation, both Security Code and ISIN are mandatory;

  • Transfer Confirmations (hold_216) are returned with an incorrect Account Owner Transaction Id; and

  • API Contracts not cleaned up for BOM after the diary adjustment.

Cutover and Migration Strategy (NEW)

New guide to assist Software providers, CHESS users and other interested parties with the cutover and migration approach. This guide includes an overview of the strategy, an indicative cutover timeline, details regarding data migration, cutover weekend, market dress rehearsals as well as post migration dress rehearsal day 1 testing and the ‘to be’ production environment.

As part of this release, a previous section titled “Cutover and Migration Overview” was renamed as Cutover and Migration Supporting Documentation and any relevant information was integrated into the strategy.
