Holding Transfer Descriptions
| Holding Transfer | Description |

| Unilateral Demand Transfer | A request to transfer securities, immediately, FoP, between two Accounts (HINs), controlled by a single Participant. |
| Unilateral Demand Transfer (Participant Group) | A request to transfer securities, immediately, FoP, between two Accounts (HINs) controlled by separate Participants within a Participant Group. |

Settlement Participant Unilateral Demand Transfer
The following table depicts which Accounts (HINs), holdings can be transferred between, with a Unilateral Demand Transfer by a Market Settlement Participant. There are no restrictions for a Non-Market Settlement Participant.

The following tables depict which Accounts (HINs), holdings can be transferred between, with a Unilateral Demand Transfer, within a Participant Group of a Market Settlement Participant and Account Participant. There are no restrictions where the Participant Group includes a Non-Market Settlement Participant and Account Participant.
