‘Settlement Account Net Position’ will be used when the Funds Obligation is sent by the CSP to advise the Payment Provider of the projected net funds obligation.

‘Settlement Agent Net Position’ will be used when the Funds Obligation is sent by the CSP to advise the Payment Provider of their projected total funds obligation (i.e. this will be an aggregation of the projected net funds obligation of each payment facility associated with the Payment Provider).
