A notification from the CSP to the Manager of the Payment Facility with the net funds movement for a payment facility as a result of the batch settlement process; or

A notification from the CSP to the Payment Facility Manager or the Payment Provider to notify the funds movement for a payment facility as a result real time payment instruction.
