A type of Participant with more limited access to the CSP than Settlement Participants. They can create and maintain Accounts on the CSP sub-register and transfer Financial Products through the CSP in Non-Batch Settlement, on a FoP basis, but cannot participate in Batch Settlement or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).
