Announcement of Event

Announcement Date of the event to the market.

Record Date

Record Date is normally Announcement Date -1 Business day.

Offer Open Date

The date from which Participants on behalf on their Account Holders eligible to participate in the Share Purchase Plan; or existing eligible shareholders may elect to participate directly with the Issuer (Registries). For further information on Entitlement Elections, refer to Entitlement Elections Overview.

Offer Close Date

All elections and payments needs to be transmitted to the Issuer (Registry) by the cut-off time on this date.

Scaleback and Refunds Period

For further information, refer to Issuer (Registry) Initiated Corporate Action Refund Process.

Allotment Date

The Issuer (Registry) will initiate a Holding Adjustment to issue shares that are the subject of a successful application.
